Questions about life, fulfillment, calling, and purpose? Is daily living “getting in your way”? Trying to resolve some long-term issues so you can get on with it all? Heavy stress in relationships, work, church and family? I've had questions, too, and they've helped me in designing this site for you. Here are a few questions I'll pop to you:
Q: So you're on your life-journey right now and need some help; what is it that will help you? Do you know?
If I were walking along my life-path wondering what step to take next, or feeling forsaken or undone, or knowing I'm on the verge of something new and too big to figure out—what would my needs be; what would benefit me? These blockbuster life-questions are the bases upon which I designed this site. Here's my list.
- I want to solve my problems and I'm willing to work on them
- I need jump-starts—bunches of 'em
- I want to achieve my dream, live my God-given purpose, with tangible positive results
- I want to hear the truth, not just clinically clean protocols or meditative mantras
- I want one-on-one, voice-to-voice support; in person, even
- I need a group to be part of for feedback, moral support and brainstorming
- I want to connect with my coach—you know, the right balance of seriousness, a touch of crazy-like-me, tons of empathy, drollery, wisdom, intensity, experience, helpful advice, and up-to-date nail colors. (Go ahead, look it up; you know you want to know what drollery is)
- I have to be around high-octane energy and common sense advice so I can muster my God-strengths for my own call to action
Q: Wouldn't it be a comfort if you were part of a community of women sharing this unique journey at the same time?
You don't have to go it alone. It's about you catching hold of your calling as we—you and me and The Contagious Christian Community—walk together to explore your terrain, solve problems, and get provision for the future. It's about spreading God's life! Life so unusual and amazing, so abundant and free, and with such purpose, power and results that it clears the path ahead of you. You and your deepest dream, your God-calling, become contagious!
Life coaching at its scriptural best is contagious, it makes community, it's part of the original Christian message; it's God's heart for us to be strengthened through encouragement, support, truth-telling, and love that covers it all—so that we can catch our calling, spread God's life, and fulfill his mission in the earth. I want you to live beyond what Prov. 13:12 describes as “hope deferred.” It's been long enough. Now, for such a time as this, let's get on with your purpose-filled journey and wrap it all up in the Kingdom of God.
